Oh, the good ole' days....
Nerdy as this may sound, even preparing for exams was fun. For macroeconomics, my study group and I would meet as frequently as needed in one of the Taubman carrels in the mornings. Dressed in my baggy comfortable "exam" outfit, I would walk the all too familiar Mass Ave and then JFK Street, and along the way grab my box of munchkin donuts from Dunkin Donuts. Even before sitting down, I would already fire away potential exam questions to Cheryl, Sarah and Carol while pouring myself a glass of OJ. Surrounded by donuts, juice, fruits, bagels and cream cheese, an onlooker couldn't help but smile at us and our rapid chatter about gross domestic product, unemployment rate and interest rates. We were too cute.
To Carol in Bolivia...,
Sarah in Boston...
and Cheryl in India...
Here's to the only girls that could make learning macro fun!~
