Speaking of DC, caught the movie “Thank You for Smoking”… enjoyed it. But wondering how it will do in the rest of the country when it rolls out into more theaters. And this past weekend, had so much fun at the Kite Festival near the Washington Monument. Seemed the whole city was out and about, enjoying the weather and signs of spring. Next year, I’m bringing my own kite to fly…

Stayed at 60 Thompson in Soho while in NYC…. Great hotel and even better location. Although I mainly window-shopped and people-watched, I was able to find a few gems in Soho that I will be frequenting while in NYC. Splurged on dinner at this great restaurant in the West Village- finger lickin’ good!
